The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. In case you are unable to use it within 1 year, you can contact customer care to extend the validity of the Gift Card.

Note: This email Gift Card cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned. To re-send email Gift Card to a recipient’s email ID, go to ‘Your Orders’, select your Gift Card order and enter the recipient's email ID. It is applicable only for email Gift Cards that have not been claimed / redeemed by the recipient.

Product features

• Brahmatells Pay Gift Cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and carry no fees. E-Gift Cards scheduled for a future date are valid for 15 months from the date of purchase.
• For email gift cards scheduled for a future date, re-send will be available after 5 AM on the scheduled delivery date.
• Redeemable across all products on Brahmatells except apps, certain global store products and other Brahmatells Pay gift cards.
• Choose any denomination from Rs.100 to Rs.25000.
• Brahmatells Pay Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned.
