– Notify in case of any changes of the above information,
To facilitate our services that pertain to the domain of astrology, you may have to disclose a few personal details to the astrologers. All these details are not recorded or kept by us in anyway. Only the details that you submit to us by being a member of our website are recorded and are kept away in our server. No third party has got access to it.
You also agree that your account credentials shall not be transferred or sold or assigned to any another party. You shall also agree to immediately notify Brahmatells.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security that comes to your knowledge.
Eligibility
Membership to the Site is void where prohibited. Your use of this Brahmatells.com represents and warrants that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Term & Termination
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site and/or are a Member of Brahmatells.com. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by informing Brahmatells.com in writing to terminate your Membership. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees or access to digital content or reports purchased through Brahmatells.com. Brahmatells.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason which shall be effective upon sending notice of termination to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to Brahmatells.com. If Brahmatells.com terminates your membership because of your breaching the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees or access to digital content or reports purchased by you.
Brahmatells.com reserves its right to change the Service or delete features at any time and for any reason and to cancel or suspend your Service at any time. Such cancellation or suspension may be without cause and/or without notice. In case of service cancellation, your right to use the Service stops right away. Once the Service is cancelled or suspended, any data you may have stored on the Service may not be retrieved later.
If we cancel the Service in its entirety without cause, then we will refund to you, on a pro-rata basis the amount of your payment corresponding to the portion of your Service remaining right before such cancellation.
Brahmatells.com also reserves the right to cancel your membership we it is unable to verufy your account details.
You understand that Brahmatells.com may at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, prohibit or restrict your access to the use of the website or related services.

Non-Commercial Use by Members
The Brahmatells.com Site is for the personal use of individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours unless registered and approved as an 'Affiliate' of the Site. This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to Brahmatells.com or otherwise. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
Brahmatells.com shall be entitled to recover from you, your successors, heirs, assigns etc any profit, revenue, benefit etc which you have gained/received, expected or going to receive with penalty @ 50% of such profit/revenue/benefit by unauthorized use of this site.
Other Terms of Use by Members
You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service unless accepted as an Expert or as an Authorized Vendor by the Site. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Brahmatells.com Members. Brahmatells.com reserves the right to screen messages that you may send to Experts.
You may not use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate/contact/respond/interact with Brahmatells.com and/or its Members.

All lawful, legal and non-objectionable messages (in the sole discretion of Brahmatells.com), content and/or other information, content or material that you post on the forum boards shall become the property of Brahmatells.com. Brahmatells.com reserves the right to scrutinize all such information, content and/or material posted on the forum boards and shall have the exclusive right to either remove, edit and/or display such information, material and/or content.

STORE PRODUCTS:
For delivery outside India:
Cancellation after placing an Order:- All sales are final return or replacement will be issued only if the product is damaged or incorrect that too with the unpacking video without cuts or pause within 6 hours of the delivery as stamped by Courier Partner.
Store Products are delivered within 60 Business' days outside India, from the date of submission of input details. Delivery times depend on the customs process in your country. Please contact our Customer Support for any questions.
Due to regulatory constraints, we do not accept returns of physical products once order is shipped. We take utmost care to ensure that customers are kept informed about the order process along with photographs of the products. We have multi-level inspection of the products before shipping and every effort is made to ensure that you get the product as per your expectation and product description. In case of any discrepancy, please get in touch with our Customer Support before the product is shipped.
Cancellation Charges
A cancellation fee amounting to 30% of the total order value will be applied to each cancellation. If the order has been dispatched and is then returned, the delivery charges will also be deducted from the final refund amount. Upon approval of the cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 banking days.
For delivery within India:
Cancellation after placing an Order:- If a Customer has placed an order for Gemstone, Rudraksh or Yantra All sales are final return or replacement will be issued only if the product is damaged or incorrect that too with the unpacking video without cuts or pause within 6 hours of the delivery as stamped by Courier Partner. No dispute request will be entertained after expiry of 06 hours.
For Order Dispute and Refund request, Customer needs to send an email to Info@brahmatellstore.com stating the reason for Dispute Along with the Unpacking video without Cuts & Pauses.
Store Products are delivered within 45 Business days within India, from the date of submission of input details.
Cancellation after delivery of Order:- After receipt of the product on delivery, and if there is any manufacturing defect of shipment damage in the product, then the Customer can request for replacement of the product within 06 hours of receipt of the product with the unboxing video without which no claim will be accepted. No replacement request will be entertained after expiry of 06 hours.
For product replacement, Customer needs to send an email to Info@brahmatellstore.com along with the pictures of the defect or damage and the mandatory unboxing video.
Dispute after delivery of Order:- After receipt of the product on delivery, and if there is any manufacturing defect of shipment damage in the product or any claims for quantity, then the Customer can request for replacement or raise the dispute for quantity of the product within 24 hours of receipt of the product with the unboxing video without which no claim will be accepted. No replacement or dispute request will be entertained after expiry of 24 hours.
For product replacement, Customer needs to send an email to Info@brahmatellstore.com alongwith the pictures of the defect or damage and the mandatory unboxing video.
As our products are personalized and rituals are performed on behalf of the customer, we are unable to exchange the product for any reason. In case you wish to change your product, you may contact our Customer Support before we ship the product. Customer Support will let you know of the feasibility and additional costs, if any.
All returns/upgrades are at the sole discretion and case to case decision of the Management. Products shown with the Rings and Pendants are with the intent to show how the product will look into the similar Rings and Pendants. The Costs for the Rings and Pendants are Extra from the product.
Points to be noted for claiming Returns / RTO:-
Case to be highlighted within 1 day of receiving the return product
Proper unpacking video of the product to be shared while raising the case
Each case would be resolved with 30 days (in case the case is genuine, max 70% of TP of the product would be reimbursed)
For all RTO shipments, in case of product damages, damage should be mentioned on Courier POD
lf the customer fails to meet the above points no damage or return claims would be entertained
The shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the Event the shipping is arranged for the reverse pickup the same will be deducted in the refund amount.
Critical Delivery and Unboxing Protocol

To ensure transparency and fairness in addressing any concerns related to the delivery of our products, we have set forth the following guidelines:

Meticulous Video Recording:
- Initiation: As you prepare to open your delivered parcel, begin a video recording. This is not just a request; it's a requirement.
- Continuity: The recording must be continuous, capturing every single moment of the unboxing. Pauses, stops, or edits render the video invalid for claims.
- Coverage: The video should clearly show the initial condition of the sealed parcel, the process of opening, and the revelation of its contents. It's imperative that both the parcel and its contents remain in-frame throughout.
- Duration: The video must cover the entire unpacking process, from the first cut into the parcel's seal until all items are fully revealed.

Addressing Damages or Omissions:
- If you identify any damaged or missing items, the unbroken video recording serves as your primary evidence.
- Submit the video within 2 hours post-delivery for any claims or exchange requests. Without this continuous video evidence, we cannot process claims, regardless of the reason for not having the video.

Costs of Reverse Shipping:
- In cases where we orchestrate a return shipment, the associated costs will be deducted from any potential refunds.

Procedure for Product Replacement:
- Should you need a product replacement due to defects or damages, email us at Info@brahmatellstore.com. This email must contain both photographs of the said defect and the essential unboxing video.
Your strict adherence to this protocol not only expedites resolutions but also ensures that both parties are protected from potential discrepancies. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
ARBITRATION; INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules in the Indian Law. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, selected in accordance with the rules in the Indian Law, and judgement on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party has the right to seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in New-Delhi in order to protect the rights of such party pending the completion of any arbitration hereunder, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India and venue in New-Delhi for any such proceeding.
GENERAL PROVISIONS:
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to any choice of law principles that would require the application of the laws of a different state. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law, and the remainder of the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, as applicable, will continue in full force and effect. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or extent of such section. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Brahmatells.com. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter(s).
Refund Policy
Any service once ordered at the portal of Brahmatells cannot be cancelled and there will be no refund. You can choose not to attend the live service, Pooja, Ritual, Call or the chat or the other modes of consultation, however, the platform will not refund any money for your change of mind or cancellation. Please book the services only when you are sure about it.
